Shipping & Returns

Spandex Ballet uses Print On Demand (POD) distributors across the county to bring you a wide array of products with unique designs. Our pricing is affordable so that the products can be purchased for very little investment.

As designers, we love to create for you. Our distributors have been thoroughly vetted and are monitored for shipping and quality continuously by the parent POD distribution company, Printify.

Orders are subject to the POD manufacturers rules and policies for shipping and returns. Shipping on almost all items is 3-5 days from date of order and sent directly from the manufacturer to your address used in the order form checkout.

Our production partners are print-on-demand companies, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported in most cases. If the order is the wrong size, color, has minor print mismatch or alignment or simply changed their mind there is no support for exchanges or refunds.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, you can contact us within 10 days of product delivery. We can get in touch with our distributor and try to arrange a return using the production suppliers “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. No returns or refunds are guaranteed however.
